Product Returns & Service

What is the return policy?

  • • We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased at SK-II.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • • Only items purchased on SK-II.com (USA) with accompanying order information will be accepted for return or exchange.
  • • If you have received a gift with purchase, you must return the gift along with your purchased product. If both the purchased product and accompanying gift are not returned, your return will not be accepted.
  • • Your purchased product must be returned in order to receive a refund in the amount of your full purchase price or exchange. If you return your purchased product in accordance with this policy, your full purchase price excluding any shipping costs associated with the original order will be refunded to your original form of payment. Return process can take up to 7-10 business days from the time you return is received at our warehouse. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
  • • Limit one return per name, household, or address on opened product(s). SK-II monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at SK-II.com in all instances, in its sole discretion.

How does the subscription work and what are the benefits?

SK-II Subscription is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favorite products based upon your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. You will receive 5% off your first order, 10% off recurring orders, and a free gift on orders over $200 on all qualified SK-II Subscription items.

You always have complete control over your SK-II Subscription orders and we send an email reminder 10 days before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting the "Subscription Management" section located within your Club SK-II account. Changes to orders can be made any time before the next scheduled shipment date and you can cancel at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To manage your subscription, please do the following:

  • 1. Go to the "Subscription" section in your account.
  • 2. Click the "Cancel Subscription" link to the right of the item you wish to cancel. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling.
  • 3. Once you've selected a cancel reason and clicked the "Cancel Subscription" button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders for it will be shipped.

You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed

Why is my credit card authorized for more than the purchase amount?

During the credit approval/confirmation process, your credit card is not charged for your order. The pending transaction that you see is actually a pre-authorization charge. SK-II Policies Agreement

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This website offers consumers a convenient way to find, learn about, and purchase products from SK-II ( “we”,” us”, or “our”). We provide this website (the “Site”) subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Agreement”). The terms of this Agreement apply whether you are just visiting the Site or are a registered Account user (as described below). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and that you agree to be bound by all of its terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms set forth in this Agreement, please do not use the Site.

Your use of this Site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Ohio, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this Site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

In accordance with our P&G Store Policies, to make a purchase online, you must be a legal resident of the 50 states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia and be at least 18 years of age.

Severability

Making a Purchase

We only sell products to individuals who can purchase with a permitted payment method.

Products made available to employees in the P&G Shop Lab are intended for use by the employee and dependents (household quantities). Reselling products purchased via the P&G Employee Shop to third parties is not permitted and is strictly prohibited. We may in our discretion refuse and/or cancel any order that we believe may lead to the resale of products or services ordered from us. We make no promise that products and services described on the Site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. Accessing this Site from territories where its contents are unlawful is prohibited. If an item you have ordered is not available because it is temporarily out of stock, we will handle the issue as described in our Backorder Policy. If we do not believe that we will be able to fill your order at any time (such as, for example, if the product has been discontinued), we will notify you of the same by email and we will cancel your order for that item.

We try our best to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content of this Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All features, content, specifications, sizes and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions may be approximate and are provided for convenience only. Packaging may vary from that shown. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unopened in its original packaging in accordance with the Return Policy and Return Procedures.

Backorder Policy

Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock. If any item in your order is out of stock and we will be unable to ship it to you within 30 days, and again within 60 days of the date of your order, we will notify you of the delay. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund if you wish by following the directions specified in the notice. If the item remains out of stock for a period of 90 days from the date of your order, we will cancel the order for the item and you will receive a refund, unless you request that we keep the order open and fill it later. If you receive a cancellation notification and would like us to keep the order open, please contact us by following the directions specified in the Return Policy and Return Procedures.

Shipping Policy

Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the 50 states of the United States of America. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes however this takes longer time than our standard shipping. Please expect your package to arrive 15 business days after the order is confirmed.

Shipping charges are based upon the shipment option you select at Checkout. The following shipping options are available. Not all shipping methods are available in all geographic areas, see www.ups.com for details:

Standard Delivery: (5-8 Business Days)

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5 – 8 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
  • Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days.

Express Delivery: (2 Business Days)

  • Orders are typically delivered by the end of the second business day after they are shipped.
  • Your order will be shipped after your credit has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. To be shipped the same day, your order must be submitted and such approval and verifications completed by no later than 3 pm Eastern/12 pm Pacific. All other orders will be shipped on the day that credit approval and/or other verifications are completed, unless the same takes place after 3 pm Eastern/12 pm Pacific, in which case the order will be shipped on the following business day.
  • Some locations in Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may require additional transit time.

Rushed Delivery: (1 Business Day)

  • Orders are typically delivered by 3:00pm (Local Time) the next business day after they are shipped. Shipments to rural addresses are typically delivered by 4:30pm (Local Time) the next business day after they are shipped.
  • Available for shipments to addresses within the 48 contiguous states and to limited addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Your order will be shipped after your credit has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. To be shipped the same day, your order must be submitted and such approval and verifications completed by no later than 3 pm Eastern/12 pm Pacific. All other orders will be shipped on the day that credit approval and/or other verifications are completed, unless the same takes place after 3 pm Eastern/12 pm Pacific, in which case the order will be shipped on the following business day.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return Policy; Return and Refunds Procedures

Return Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction so we will happily accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  • To obtain a refund, the item must be returned to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you. You must also follow the Return Procedures specified below.
  • We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the item was received by you in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.

Return Procedures

  • Securely pack the item(s) you are returning and include a copy of your original packing slip in an appropriately sized box.
  • Print and affix the return shipping label provided to you by Customer Service on the package to be returned.

Refunds Procedures

If you are entitled to a refund in connection with a return, the following conditions will apply:

  • Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase.
  • The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with respect to the item, as applicable.
  • Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return. Please allow time for the returned item to be delivered to us, for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account.
